Eco-Schools - A European project for schools which is designed to encourage and acknowledge whole-school action for the environment.  It is managed by Tidy Britain Group, promoted and supported by Going for Green, programmes sponsored by the SITA Environmental Trust and Coca-Cola Youth Foundation. Once a school has been awarded Eco-Schools status then there is additional funding made available.
